Our concierge service is FREE for our clients, however, the client will have to pay vendors when services are selected.

Is this service free to me?
Yes, this service is always free to you as a client. The only thing you ever pay for is the services you sign up for and the vendors you choose. (i.e. cable, power, gas etc.)
How do I reach you or when will I be contacted to see if I’m a good candidate for your services?
As an agent or a client you can reach out to us anytime at Concierge@simplyconcierge.net. We will also reach out to the Real Estate Agent when the house goes into contract to see if we can help. They will give us the client’s contact information and we will reach out to them to introduce ourselves and everything we offer and at that point the client can tell us what they need help with!
What companies do you work with?
We currently are working with an array of vetted, licensed and bonded contractors including locksmiths, movers, contractors, water softener installers and solar companies.
Can I get my contractor added to your list of approved Vendors?
We would love to take their information down for a possible future consideration as spots open up.
What if I’m a Realtor and I already have a few contractors that I recommend to my clients?
No problem, keep recommending your contractors and we will provide options for those services and others as well.
Do you recommend home warranties?
We do recommend home warranties, but the clients are always free to use whomever they would like, as with all of our services. Our focus is always to give clients the best options.
What services do you offer?
Moving/packing, solar assistance, TV and phone service, locksmith/rekey, alarm system quotes, water softener, home warranty subscriptions, painting, flooring, carpet quotes and much more!
